Job Description

Grain & Bake Co is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing teams, strengthen operational performance and support growth. This hands-on role covers people, safety, quality and delivery, with autonomy across weekend shifts and close collaboration with leadership, planning, quality and maintenance.

You’ll drive protected production, coach leaders, manage attendance and ensure clear handovers, while applying continuous improvement and robust reporting.
