Job Description

Professional Search Group (PSG) is currently looking for an experienced Full Stack or Backend Developer to join a product focused engineering team developing a large scale software platform used across mining operations.

This is an opportunity to work on a modern, business critical system where you’ll play a key role in designing, developing and delivering new features directly into live operational environments.

Working alongside experienced engineers, architects and product stakeholders, you’ll have the chance to take ownership of solutions from initial design through to deployment, contributing to a platform that solves complex, real world challenges.

Key Responsibilitiesn

n
- Design, develop and maintain backend services using C# and .NET.
n
- Build event-driven microservices and scalable APIs.
n
- Develop and maintain modern React-based user interfaces.
n
- Take ownership of features throughout the full development lifecycle, from technical design through to production deployment.
n
- Collaborate closely with product teams, domain experts and solution architects.
n
- Maintain high standards of code quality through peer reviews, automated testing and continuous improvement.
n
- Contribute to system performance, reliability, scalability and observability.
n

Skills & Experiencen

Essential:

n

n
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
n
- Strong commercial experience with C# and .NET.
n
- Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
n




- Strong SQL skills, including experience with SQL Server.
n
- Experience with Entity Framework or a similar ORM.
n
- Experience developing React applications, ideally using component libraries such as MUI, Mantine or shadcn.
n
- Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand or MobX.
n

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
n
- Exposure to C++ or integration with native systems.
n
- Experience within the mining, resources or industrial technology sectors, particularly open-pit mining systems.
