Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee civil infrastructure projects across South East Queensland.

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of roadworks, earthworks, drainage, pavements, kerbing, concrete and general civil infrastructure works .

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Supervise crews, subcontractors, plant and site activities.
n
- Coordinate daily construction works and project sequencing.
n
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
n
- Monitor quality, productivity, materials and programme.
n
- Read and interpret drawings and construction plans.
n
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections.
n
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and clients.
n
- Maintain site records, quantities and daily reporting.
n
- Identify and resolve construction issues on site.
n

About You nn
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Leading Hand.
n
- Strong civil construction background, particularly roads, earthworks and drainage.
n
- Valuable understanding of construction processes, drawings and specifications.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- Commitment to safety, quality and project delivery.
n
- Queensland construction experience preferred.
n
