Job Description

CommBank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist at the Mt Pleasant Branch. This full time role spans 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–4.50pm.

You will be the face of CommBank, greeting customers, understanding their enquiries, and guiding them to the right channel while delivering exceptional service. You will build connections, demonstrate in-branch technology and digital options, and help customers make informed financial decisions.
