As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions, managing enquiries, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. What you'll be doing n

- Assisting customers with phone and email enquiries
n
- Processing orders, quotes, and backorder requests
n
- Providing product information and recommending solutions
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
n
- Identifying opportunities to support sales and add value
n
- Working collaboratively to achieve team and customer service goals
n
- Helping improve processes and finding smarter ways of working
n

What we're looking for nn
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A positive, customer-first mindset
n
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
n
- Confidence using computers and multiple systems
n
- A team player who enjoys working with others
n

Bonus points if you have experience in industrial, trade,
