Join our busy service team and help deliver a great experience for customers across our Ford, Kia and Chery dealerships in Rockdale. You'll be a key link between our customers and workshop team, making sure customers are kept informed and their vehicles are looked after.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and discussing their vehicle's service or repair needs
- Preparing repair orders and explaining recommended work
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to manage workflow
- Handling customer questions and concerns in a professional, helpful way
- Supporting a positive experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection
About you
- Experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence using computer systems and handling administrative tasks
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- A current driver's licence
- Experience with dealership systems and manufacturer service processes would be an advantage
