Fencing and Gate Centre is looking for a reliable, hardworking factory hand to join our powder coating section, helping prepare fencing and gate products for finishing.
About the role
You’ll assist with the pre-treatment, handling and stacking of aluminium and steel products, ensuring materials are ready for powder coating. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role in a factory setting.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with pre-treatment and surface preparation.
- Lifting, moving and stacking aluminium and steel products.
- Handling products carefully to prevent damage.
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe.
- Following instructions and supporting the powder coating team.
About you
You must be physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and manual work. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, has good attention to detail and works well in a team.
