Hamper Co is a growing Australian gifting brand and social enterprise based in Sydney's St George area, in the early stages of developing a range of premium handmade chocolates, fudge and artisan confectionery. We're looking for a passionate and creative Chocolatier, Fudge Maker or Confectionery Specialist to help bring this exciting new venture to life. This is a flexible chance, initially requiring just a few hours per week, with the potential for more hours as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

Make handmade chocolates, fudge or other artisan confectionery

Experiment with flavours, recipes and new product ideas

Help develop products suitable for premium gifting

Maintain food safety standards and consistent product quality

Work alongside people with intellectual disabilities and share your skills

About you

Experienced in making handmade chocolates,
