Hey Hello Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded boutique law firm seeking a Family Lawyer with approximately 2 years post-qualification experience to join their growing team.

The role n

You will assist with and manage your own caseload of family law matters, including:

- Divorce and separation
n
- Financial settlements and asset division
n
- Child custody and parenting arrangements
n
- Child and spousal maintenance
n
- Domestic abuse matters
n
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
n

n

You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-quality work while developing your advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.

Key responsibilities n

n




- Advising clients on family law matters under supervision where appropriate
n
- Managing cases from instruction to conclusion
n
- Drafting legal documents, court applications, and correspondence
n
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex financial and children matters
n
- Representing clients at hearings (where appropriate to level of PQE)
n
- Maintaining excellent client care standards
n

Requirements nn
- Qualified solicitor with approximately 2 years PQE in family law
n
- Solid understanding of family law procedures and legislation
n
- Experience assisting on financial remedy and children matters
n
- Strong communication and drafting skills
n
- Empathetic and professional approach with clients
n
- Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively
n
