Our client is seeking a number of reliable Packaging Fillers to join their team in a fast-paced food ingredient manufacturing environment based in Moorebank. We have a number of roles available across dedicated day shift and dedicated afternoon shift.These roles offer a genuine opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career, with clear pathways into senior and leadership positions for the right candidates.

Duties n

n
- Pack and label food ingredient products for distribution
n
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure product consistency and compliance
n
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas in line with food safety regulations
n
- Accurately complete production documentation and logs
n
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and products
n
- Report equipment faults or production issues promptly to supervisors
n




- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient production processes
n

Skills/experience nn
- Previous experience in manufacturing (food, dairy, FMCG or similar) is advantageous but not essential
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
n
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and repetitive tasks
n
- Good communication and time management skills
n
- Forklift licence is advantageous but not required
n
