An established and reputable fire protection business is seeking a Project Manager to join its Contracts Department in the Sydney office. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently coordinate people, resources, budgets, risks and stakeholders while keeping projects moving towards successful delivery.

Take ownership of fire protection projects

n
n

You’ll be responsible for planning and managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Your role will include:

n

n
- Developing project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources and risks
n
n
- Managing project scope, resources, budgets and expenditure
n
n
- Coordinating project teams, meetings, communications and stakeholder updates
n
n
- Monitoring milestones, quality, WHS and environmental requirements
n
n
- Identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans
n
n
- Managing project changes and ensuring project goals are achieved

Bring your project management experience

n
n

The role is suited to someone with 3–5 years' experience in project management or a related field , with solid planning, communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

n
n

A qualification in project management, business administration, engineering or a related field is relevant to the role. Technical knowledge of fire protection services or field operations is an asset.

n
n

You’ll also need to be comfortable managing competing priorities, building effective working relationships and communicating with teams, clients and other stakeholders.
