We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Automotive Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high-performing team at Cricks Highway , where we represent 13 new car brands as well as pre‑owned vehicles.

As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance, supporting the sales team and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Your primary responsibilities: n

As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving Finance, Insurance and Warranty performance while supporting the broader sales team to achieve dealership targets.

Your responsibilities will include: n

- Driving achievement of Finance & Insurance KPIs
n
- Working closely with the sales team to maximise every opportunity
n
- Managing enquiries, follow‑ups, deal negotiation and closing
n
- Presenting and selling Finance, Insurance and Warranty products
n
- Coaching and supporting sales consultants to identify F&I; opportunities
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
n
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey
n
- Maximising profitability while maintaining a customer‑first approach
n
- Maintaining accurate and timely reportingEnsuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
n
- Leading by example and contributing to a high‑performance team culture
n
