Job Description

MSWA is seeking a Neurological Liaison Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients with neurological conditions across Bunbury and surrounding communities. You will manage a diverse caseload, providing home visits and services at community hubs, and contribute to our Nurse Support Line and telehealth.

Must-have: AHPRA RN registration, First Aid/CPR, NDIS Screening (or willingness), and a valid C class licence. Experience in community or rehabilitation nursing is advantageous.
