Role Overview As a Customer Assistant, your role is to help create thoughtful and joyful experiences in-store. The kind that stay with people long after they’ve walked out the door. What You’ll Do Create meaningful customer moments with personalised service and genuine care. Support store performance by working together and following through on what matters. Merchandise with intention - keeping the space inspiring, beautiful, and brand-aligned. Be a go‑to expert on our range, using your product knowledge to help customers find the right scent, gift, or moment. Keep things moving, support your teammates, and help create a workplace that’s as fun as it is focused.
