Gator's Dockside Melbourne is seeking an experienced prep cook to join our quick-paced kitchen team. You will lead prep tasks, read and execute prep sheets, and maintain high hygiene standards in a vibrant dining environment.

You should be skilled in multiple cooking techniques, able to follow specifications, FIFO labeling, and keep the station organized. Excellent communication and attention to detail are a must for this role.
