About the Role
This is a workshop-based role assisting with the fabrication and preparation of sheet metal components used in air conditioning installations.
While previous sheet metal experience is highly regarded, it is not essential . We are open to training the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Duties
- Assisting with cutting, folding and assembling sheet metal
- Operating basic workshop machinery (training provided)
- Handling materials and manual tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe workshop
- Supporting qualified sheet metal workers as required
About You
We're looking for a dependable, hardworking person who enjoys practical, hands-on work and is willing to learn.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

- A willingness to undertake physical, manual work
- The ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- A practical approach and willingness to learn new skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
- A commitment to maintaining a secure and organised workplace
Previous experience in a workshop, manufacturing, fabrication, farming, warehousing or another hands-on environment would be highly regarded.
Sheet metal experience is not required, but a proven work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
