Job Description

Harmony Social Services is seeking dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to provide person-centered support for aged care, physical disabilities, and mental health clients. Roles involve evenings and weekends, with a focus on promoting independence and quality of life.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams, assist with daily living, and implement individualized plans, including personal care and medication prompting. Training and above Award rates accompany versatile shifts.
