Birdcage Dining Room & Garden Bar is a 4.6-star restaurant located in the beautiful Tedder Ave, in Main Beach. We are a group that supports, develops, and values its staff with a strong management team and an experienced Head Chef.

About the role n

We're looking for a Senior Chef to work in our modern, high-performance kitchen alongside a dedicated and passionate team, with support from a strong management team and experienced Head Chef.

Key responsibilities n

- Manage grill station operations
n
- Ensure high standards are maintained at all times
n
- Maintain focus on flavour, presentation, and consistency in every dish
n
- Demonstrate understanding of Food Safety, seasonal produce and food wastage
n

About you nn
- Classically trained professional with proven grill station experience
n
- Strong work ethic and calm, professional presence in the kitchen
n




- Passion and drive for flavour, presentation, and consistency

- Understanding of Food Safety, seasonal produce and food wastage
n

Closed on the majority of public holidays, Christmas, New Years
