The Opportunity
n
n This is not a traditional communications role.
n
n We are looking for a commercially minded communications leader who enjoys building, influencing and operating in fast-moving environments. You will own the APAC communications strategy, partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in shaping how the organisation is perceived across the region.
n
n You will work at the intersection of corporate reputation, media relations, thought leadership, strategic partnerships and executive communications.
n
n The role can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong or Australia (Remote/ Hybrid).
n
What You'll Be Doing

n

- Develop and execute the APAC communications strategy across multiple markets.
n




- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and regional leadership teams.
n
- Build relationships with tier-one business, financial, technology and mainstream media across APAC with a strong focus on Singapore.
n
- Lead high-profile communications campaigns, announcements and strategic initiatives.
n
- Drive thought leadership opportunities for senior executives and key spokespeople.
n
- Manage agency partners and external stakeholders across the region.
n
- Partner with global teams to localise and amplify international campaigns.
n
- Support communications around major partnerships, sponsorships and corporate initiatives.
n
- Help shape reputation, narrative and stakeholder engagement across a rapidly evolving industry.
n

What We're Looking For n
n

n
- 12+ years' experience in corporate communications, public relations or corporate affairs.
n
- Experience leading regional communications programs across APAC.
n
- Strong media relationships across business, financial, technology and broadcast media.
n
- Background within financial services, fintech, technology, corporate affairs, consulting or agency environments.
n
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive level.
n
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in high-growth environments.
n
- Experience building teams, mentoring talent and driving measurable outcomes.
