What You’ll Do Filming n

n
- Shoot premium property films and social reels.
n
- Capture cinematic movement using gimbal/handheld techniques.
n
- Film interiors with controlled movement, intentional pacing, and natural-light balance.
n
- Shoot drone aerials for architectural context and coastal/urban positioning.
n
- Capture lifestyle, area, and ambience shots that support the WHITEFOX aesthetic.
n
- Record clean on-location audio when required (agents, lifestyle, ambience).
n

On-Set Execution nn
- Interpret and execute shoot briefs with initiative.
n
- Work solo or alongside agents, adapting quickly to each property’s needs.
n
- Direct simple lifestyle moments to elevate storytelling.
n
- Ensure footage is clean, stable, well-lit, and visually consistent across projects.
n

Collaboration nn
- Work with the CMO + media team to maintain brand consistency.
n
- Provide input on shot lists, movement styles, and new filming techniques.
n
- Maintain a calm, professional presence on shoots with clients and vendors.
n

Skills & Experience Required Technical nn
- Strong experience shooting interiors, exteriors,



and lifestyle content.
n
- Confident working with gimbal workflows.
n
- Drone licence and aerial filming experience.
n
- Strong understanding of lighting, exposure, composition, and mixed-light interiors.
n
- Comfortable capturing clean dialogue or on-location audio when needed.
n

Creative nn
- Strong visual instincts — composition, pacing, rhythm, emotional tone.
n
- Ability to maintain WHITEFOX’s premium, cinematic aesthetic.
n
- Accurate colour judgement on set, especially interiors + skin tones.
n
- Ability to elevate simple spaces through framing, movement, and natural light.
n

Operational & Workflow nn
- Able to manage multiple shoots with competing deadlines.

- Works fast while maintaining polish.
n
- Reliable, consistent, and detail-focused.
n
- Keeps gear organised, charged, and shoot-ready at all times.

- Experience in real estate, architecture, design, or premium lifestyle content.
