Role Description

This full-time on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Mossman, QLD. The role involves responding to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies. The Customer Service Representative will handle order processing, resolve issues and complaints, and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes. Daily tasks include maintaining customer records, documenting interactions, escalating complex issues when necessary, and collaborating with other team members to improve overall service quality. The role also includes identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contributing to a positive, professional front-of-house environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in customer service roles and working effectively within Customer Service Representative positions.
- Strong Customer Support skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues,



and providing timely assistance.
- Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up.
- Solid understanding of Customer Service principles and best practices in an on-site workplace.
- Focus on enhancing Customer Experience by being attentive, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Mossman, QLD, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic computer and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or service-focused roles is an advantage.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in customer service or business is beneficial.
