Cocktails Bartender - Lady Banks (Sydney's Largest Rooftop Bar)

Perched atop Bankstown Sports Club, Lady Banks Rooftop is Sydney’s largest & most iconic rooftop destinations, known for stunning views, exceptional cocktails, premium dining and a vibrant atmosphere.

We’re looking for multiple Casual Cocktail Bartenders to join the team. If you’re passionate about mixology, premium spirits and creating memorable guest experiences, this is an opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, premium venue.

Shifts are primarily available Thursday to Sunday , including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to pick up additional hours across other Bankstown Sports venues.

About the Role

You’ll join a high-performing bar team, crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering premium service in a vibrant rooftop environment.

Working with premium spirits, fresh ingredients and signature recipes, you’ll bring energy, skill and attention to detail to every shift while maintaining consistently high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

Crafting and serving classic, contemporary and signature cocktails

Providing knowledgeable, engaging and memorable guest service

Maintaining exceptional drink quality, presentation and consistency

Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked

Supporting stock control and venue presentation

Working collaboratively across bar,



floor and kitchen teams

Following RSA and workplace safety requirements

Bringing energy and personality to the Lady Banks experience

About You

Previous experience in a cocktail-focused, premium or high-volume venue

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and current beverage trends

Confidence across a range of cocktail-making techniques

Genuine passion for mixology and hospitality

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

Availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays

Current RSA and RCG, or willingness to obtain

Positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
