Looking for a career where you can work outdoors, get hands-on, earn money and learn a trade? Builtrite Scaffolding is looking for motivated people ready to kick-start their career in the construction industry.

We're offering a contracted full-time employment opportunity where you'll earn while you learn, gain real-world experience and work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Scaffolding.

You'll learn from experienced scaffolders, get involved in a variety of construction and industrial projects, and develop skills you can take with you throughout your career.

No previous scaffolding experience is necessary. We're looking for the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

- Work across a variety of construction, commercial and industrial sites.

- Identify, handle and maintain scaffolding equipment and components.

- Assist with loading, unloading, transporting and organising scaffold materials.

- Learn to inspect scaffolding equipment and identify potential hazards.

We're looking for someone who:

- Shows up and turns up on time - Our crews and projects rely on everyone being where they need to be, ready to work.

- Is keen to learn, take direction and develop recent skills.

- Has a strong work ethic and isn't afraid of hard work.

- Enjoys working outdoors and being physically active.

Essential requirements:

- A current driver's licence, or be close to obtaining one.

- The ability to meet the physical requirements of scaffolding work, including working at heights.

- A genuine commitment to full-time employment, attendance and completing your traineeship.

Scaffolding is a team effort, and reliability is essential. Our crews depend on each other to get to site, complete work safely and keep projects moving.

We're looking for someone who understands that full-time employment means:

- Being available and ready to work your agreed hours.

- Arriving on time and attending work consistently.

- Communicating early if something affects your ability to attend.

- Committing to both on-the-job training and formal study.

- Taking responsibility for your work, your learning and your development
