PASTRY CHEF / PASTRY COOK / TOURIER (Viennoiserie Production) Full time / Part time
n Chouquette New Farm is a well-established bakery offering high quality bakery products includning croissants, cakes and breads

n We are looking for passionate and creative Pastry Chefs who can bring their ideas, enthusiasm and pride to our bakery.

n Successful candidates will ideally have:

- Experience in pastry laminations
n
- Trade qualifications as pastrycook or baker is highly desirable.
n
- Flexibility to work on weekends
n
- A genuine passion for producing of high quality patisserie
n
- Be results orientated with a dedication to exceed customer expectations.
n
- Attention to detail, organisation and consistency
n
- Good communication, work well in team environment
n
- Motivation for continuous improvement

Immediate start - day shift 6am-2pm.
n Salary depends on experience and shifts arrangement
