HR Generalist| Rhodes | Permanent Full-Time | $90,000 + Super About the opportunity n

Step into a varied HR Generalist role within a close-knit People & Culture team in Rhodes. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you’ll be their right hand in a two-person team, getting broad, hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

It’s a permanent, full time role paying $90,000 + super , with real flexibility: work from home up to four days a week , with just one day in the office (onsite parking included).

What you’ll do n

n
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, inductions, offboarding, and team member movements
n
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR documentation
n
- Maintain the HRIS and support payroll with accurate, timely data
n
- Respond to team member queries, escalating complex matters to the P&C; Manager
n
- Help ensure compliance with the Fair Work Act, Awards, and the National Employment Standards, and assist with policy development and review
n
- Support performance management, probation reviews, and compliance audits
n




- Lead the coordination of L&D; activities and help design and facilitate small group sessions
n
- Contribute to engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives, including leading working groups
n
- Prepare data for HR reporting, dashboards, and summaries that inform decision-making
n
- Support strategic people projects and champion a positive, inclusive culture
n

About you nn
- Degree qualifications in HR, business, or a similar field (or currently studying)
n
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role or a senior HR generalist position within a diverse organisation
n
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a practical, service-minded approach to HR
n
