An exciting prospect exists for a part time Frontline Service Officer to join Isaac Regional Council's Community Services Directorate based in Nebo. Reporting to the Community Hub Area Leader – East, the position is responsible for providing effective and courteous delivery of library and customer focused functions to the Isaac Region communities.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about providing exemplary customer experience and delivering programs. Duties will include (but not limited to):

Library n

n
- Develop, lead and deliver lifelong learning programs and activities
n
- Undertake library resource loans, reference queries using library management system
n
- Contribute to the daily operations of a library
n

Customer Services nn
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
n
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
n
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
n

The Successful Candidate Will Have nn
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high-level customer service and/or library services.
n
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering lifelong learning programs/events
n
- High level experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
n
- Experience in using technology
n




- Ability to work as a team and autonomously
n
- Blue Card from the Commission for Children, Young People and Child Guardian, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
n

For This Position We Offer n

- Salary $41.88 - $45.99 per hour
n
- Normally 32 hours per fortnight;
n
- 5 weeks annual leave pro rata @ 17.5% loading;
n
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement.
