Job Description

Chemist Warehouse in Melbourne is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver Level 2 IT support for global retail stores, distribution centres, and offices. The role focuses on incident resolution, troubleshooting across Windows, POS, and warehouse platforms, and maintaining reliable IT services in a 24/7 environment.

You will work with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic network issues, with after-hours on-call duties and opportunities to contribute to project delivery
