You'll be supporting our warehouse team with the picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders during one of our busiest trading periods.
Your responsibilities will include: n

- Picking and packing online and wholesale customer orders
n
- Carefully preparing tea products and gift packs for dispatch
n
- Checking orders for accuracy, quality and presentation
n
- Labelling and preparing parcels for delivery
n
- Assisting with stock replenishment and general warehouse duties
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment
n
- Working with the team to meet daily dispatch deadlines
n
What We're Looking For n
We're looking for someone who is dependable, efficient and enjoys hands‑on work.
Ideally, you'll have: n
n
- Previous warehouse or pick‑packing experience (advantageous but not essential)
n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Good time‑management and organisational skills
n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
n
- The ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties
n
n
Full training will be provided.
n
Employment: Seasonal casual
n
End date: 18 December 2026
n
Preferred working days: Monday and Tuesday each week
n
Working hours: Hours may vary from week to week depending on operational requirements and order volumes
