YMCA Victoria is seeking a casual Duty Manager for Mount Alexander Outdoor Pools in Castlemaine to oversee shifts, support the Centre Manager, and help deliver pool programs across four locations.

You will lead on safety, staff rostering, and emergency response planning, while ensuring excellent customer service and community wellbeing. Essential qualifications include lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid, with opportunities for career development.
