Pullman & Mercure King George Square is a vibrant 438 room twin towered hotel which acts as a sanctuary for leisure and business travelers. Located opposite King George Square, City Hall and ideally situated in the heart of Brisbane CBD the hotel has some of the largest conference spaces in Brisbane incorporating 2 ballrooms. The hotel also features the amazing and extremely popular venues of Goldfinch Restaurant and Street Cafe, as well as Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar.

Job Description

- Rinse dirty crockery and cutlery, stack in the dishwasher, unload and putaway
- Wash pots by hand
- Ensure that all F&Boutlets; are provided with clean and sanitisedoperating equipment




- Use correct handling techniques to transport and store food items
- Wipe down benches
- Sweep and mop floors

Qualifications

- Motivated & committedto work withourpassionateteam
- Commercial dishwashing experience (desirable)
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- An understanding onstock management and general kitchen cleaning skills
- Adhere to safe work practices
- Strong communicationskills
- Havea good workethic and be a team player with a flexible attitude
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
