Are you a people person who loves pets just as much as their owners do? Better Pet Vets is looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team.
About the Role: n
This position is at the heart of our clinic’s daily operations. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our clients, ensuring every visit — whether in person or over the phone — is welcoming, efficient, and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities: n

Greeting clients and managing the flow of pets and people through the clinic

- n
Scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records
n
- n
Providing clear, compassionate communication and support to clients
n
- n
Assisting with administrative tasks, marketing support, and stock control
n
- n
Upholding high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service
n
- n
Supporting our veterinary and nursing team to help the day run smoothly

You’re warm, organised, and thrive in a busy workplace. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and can stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and time management skills are a must, along with a genuine love of animals and people alike.
