Job Description

Sephora Charlestown is seeking a part time Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for a six-month fixed-term contract. You will assist customers across beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, supported by onboarding and online training with field trainers.

You bring retail or customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills to help customers discover Sephora's offerings. Availability includes three full days, with late-night and weekend trading times.
