Key Responsibilities nn
- Ensuring the quality of all meals and food items from the preparation to the presentation stages.
n
- Ability to demonstrate proper techniques and provide guidance to others with preparing, cooking, freezing and preserving foods.
n
- Maintaining open lines of communication with Management, kitchen and wait staff for all food preparation,



dietary, and specific requests.
n
- Working with the kitchen team to ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to and maintained.
n
- Preparing and cooking food

Knowledge required: nn
- Strong communication and time management skills

- A high level of attention to detail

- Reliable, Presentable, and Punctual

- Capability to perform in a fast-paced Kitchen

- Proven experience in a rapid-paced Kitchen environment

Qualification and experience nn
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
n
- Certificate III commercial cookery or equivalent.
n
- Experience in leading a kitchen team.
n
