Reporting directly to the COO, you'll become the finance cornerstone of the business, taking ownership of the finance function while helping shape the next phase of growth. This role offers a genuine pathway to Financial Controller as the business continues to expand globally. The Opportunity: n

You'll initially focus on strengthening finance operations, month-end reporting, compliance, forecasting and cash flow management, while progressively taking on greater responsibility across commercial finance, process improvement, international expansion projects and finance transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: n

- Own the month-end close process and management reporting.
n
- Prepare journals, reconciliations, accruals and balance sheet reporting.
n
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow analysis.
n
- Support banking, covenant and stakeholder reporting requirements.
n
- Oversee tax,



GST and compliance obligations.
n
- Manage accounts payable, payment runs and payroll oversight.
n
- Partner with leaders across operations and the wider business.
n
- Drive process improvement, automation and finance efficiencies.
n
- Support ERP implementation and future systems development.
n
- Assist with international expansion, multi-entity reporting and global compliance requirements.
n

About You: n

You will bring with you a proactive and commercially minded finance skillset who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment.

- CA or CPA qualification is essential.
n
- 5+ years' experience in financial accounting, reporting or commercial finance.
n
- Strong month-end reporting and financial accounting capability.
n
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
n
- Advanced Excel and systems skills.
n
- A continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
n
- The confidence to work autonomously and drive outcomes.
n
- An interest in technology, automation and AI-driven process. improvement.
n
- Experience within eCommerce, retail, consumer products, manufacturing or other high-volume environments will be highly regarded.
