About the role n

As part of our Trinity team,



you will:

- Create engaging, meaningful and fun learning experiences for children
n
- Build warm, nurturing and trusting relationships with children and families
n
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
n
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators to create a positive learning environment
n
- Contribute to the daily routines and smooth operation of the centre
n
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a positive attitude to each day
n

About you n

We are looking for someone who brings more than just qualifications — someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and being part of a team.

Our ideal candidate will have:

n

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- A genuine passion for working with children
n
- A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude
n
- Solid teamwork and communication skills
n
- Confidence in supporting children's learning and daily routines
n
- A willingness to help, take initiative and support colleagues
n
- Reliability, kindness and a strong work ethic
n
- A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one before commencing)
