We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Assistant and Receptionist to join our friendly and collaborative team. We are offering a flexible full-time or part-time position, with availability required across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Wise Dental is a modern, fully equipped clinic located in the heart of Macquarie Park. We provide comprehensive dental care using the latest technologies in a warm and welcoming environment. Our clinic operates extended hours—from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm—making dental care more accessible for our patients and offering flexibility for our team members.

Key responsibilities

n

Chairside assistance across a variety of dental procedures

n

Maintaining high standards of sterilisation and infection control

n

Preparing, setting up, and packing down treatment rooms

n





Supporting patients to feel comfortable throughout their visits

n

Welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service

n

Managing patient bookings, payments, and enquiries

n

Answering phones and coordinating appointments

n

Supporting general clinic operations and lab work

n

About you

n

2–3 years of dental assisting experience

n

Professional, patient-focused attitude

n

Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential

n

Experience with D4W software is essential

n

Confident and capable professional who thrives in a dynamic and friendly team setting

n

Enjoy working with people and multitasking
