About this Expression of Interest

We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified Registered Nurses seeking future opportunities within our clinical services across all five clinic locations: Windsor, Cairns, Rockhampton, Toowoomba and Ipswich.

n

This EOI process will help us build a talent pool of professionals who may be considered for upcoming vacancies, which may include casual, permanent, or fixed-term opportunities.

About the role

n

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (Enrolled Nurses are encouraged to apply) who aligns with our values of respect, courage, partnership, and excellence to join our team.

In this role, you will deliver specialised, high-quality sexual and reproductive health care while building respectful and trusting relationships with clients. You will work with autonomy and professionalism, supported by a collaborative team focused on achieving the best possible health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver safe, ethical, and high-quality nursing care, taking accountability for your professional conduct and clinical practice

n

n




- Provide specialised nursing care in sexual and reproductive health in line with True’s philosophy and standards
n
- Practice in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) codes and standards, Clinical Practice Guidelines, and organisational policies
n
- Contribute to high-quality clinical service delivery and positive client outcomes
n
- Collaborate with the Senior Nursing Officer to support clinical leadership and best practice
n
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and assurance activities
n
- Identify areas for improvement in policies and procedures and contribute to their development and review
n

What you’ll bring

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia (Enrolled Nurses also encouraged to apply)

- Experience or a strong interest in sexual and reproductive health
n
- Commitment to values-based, person-centred care

- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
