Thommo's Hotel Cobden is seeking General Hospitality Staff to join team in a full-time position. Based in Cobden VIC 3266, this role is central to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests and patrons. As a part of the general hospitality staff team, you will be responsible for serving the bar, running orders from the kitchen and maintaining the accommodation rooms upstairs. This position offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic hospitality environment whilst contributing to the reputation and success of our establishment.

What we’re looking for

- A willingness to be part of a team
- Cleaning and making up of accommodation rooms up-stairs
- Proven experience working as a bartender in a busy hospitality environment, preferably in a hotel, pub or restaurant setting
- Robust knowledge behind the bar work, hygiene and sanitation standards, including working knowledge of relevant legislation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst also taking initiative independently
- Ability to work around the establishment, such as transporting food from the kitchen to the correct table
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility with working hours,



including potential weekend and evening shifts
- We have on-site accommodation available for the right applicant
- A current RSA is required
