About The Candidate

- Have 1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Are naturally warm, engaging, and highly professional
- Take pride in delivering a premium, detail-oriented experience
- Are organised, efficient, and confident managing multiple tasks
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Bring experience from high-end retail, hospitality, or service environments (highly regarded)
