Personal Care Attendant (permanent part time Night Duty)

South Eastern Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Personal Care Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis for night duty at our facility in Noble Park, VIC. In this essential role, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the shift.

What you'll be doing

Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

Monitoring patient's health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team

Ensuring a protected and secure environment for patients

Adhering to all hospital policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification

Demonstrated experience providing personal care to patients in a hospital or aged care setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise and connect with patients





Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately

A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care

Flexibility to work night shifts as required
