Job Description

Europcar is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer in Toowoomba on a casual basis. You will greet customers, process rental agreements, upsell products, handle inquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

You will inspect vehicles, stay updated on promotions, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have sales or customer service experience and a valid Australian driver’s license; car rental experience is a plus.
