Join our warehouse team as a Warehouse / Customer Service Assistant, reporting directly to our Warehouse Manager. This role involves various tasks including inventory management, receiving stock, and general warehouse tasks.

Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat

Tracking orders, chasing deliveries and resolving issues with couriers

Handling returns, exchanges and complaints calmly and fairly

Keeping customer and order records accurate

Warehouse

Picking, packing and dispatching orders

Receiving and checking inbound stock

Stock counts, replenishment and keeping the warehouse tidy and organised

Helping out wherever needed during busy periods
