Job Description

Alliance Airlines in Brisbane is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for IT services, providing Level 1-3 support across the business. You will work remotely and face-to-face, troubleshoot hardware and software, manage onboarding/offboarding, and support Exchange/Office 365 with Azure AD sync.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT support, robust knowledge of Windows, iOS, Microsoft 365, AD/DNS/DHCP, and ITIL/CompTIA certifications.
