About the Role n

Due to consistent growth, we are seeking a motivated and talented Lawyer with 2 to 4 years PAE to join our dynamic practice. This role offers exposure to an interesting mix of property, general commercial, and wills and estates matters.

We recognise that great candidates come with diverse skill sets. You do not need comprehensive experience across all three practice areas to apply.

While experience spanning property, commercial, and estates is ideal, we are eagerly looking for a practitioner who has strong, proven experience in at least one of these areas, coupled with a genuine willingness and hunger to upskill and expand their capabilities in the others under the guidance of our experienced principals.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on your existing expertise and growth path): n

- Property Law: Handling residential and commercial conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing, property development, and related transactions.
n
- Commercial Law: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, terms of business, and advising on business sales, acquisitions, and corporate structures.

- Wills & Estates:



Standard and complex estate planning (wills, powers of attorney, enduring guardianships), probate applications, and estate administration.
n
- Maintaining excellent client communication, building trusted relationships, and managing files from inception to completion.

About You nn
- Admitted to practice as a Solicitor in New South Wales with a current practicing certificate.
n
- 2–4 years PAE in a reputable private practice environment.
n
- Strong technical, drafting, and advice-writing skills in at least one core practice area (Property, Commercial, or Estates).
n
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with an enthusiastic desire to upskill and learn new legal practice areas.
n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and skilled client-facing approach.
n
- High attention to detail, strong organisational habits, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
