The Marketing & Logistics Manager will support the marketing, sales coordination, and logistics management activities associated with urea production from Project Ceres. The role will assist in managing product shipments, customer coordination, export documentation, logistics scheduling, and market intelligence while ensuring efficient supply chain operations. This position will play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of products to domestic and international customers while supporting the commercial team with market analysis and customer service.

Key responsibilities

Assist the marketing team in coordinating sales activities and customer engagement

Maintain customer databases, contracts, and sales documentation

Support preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis

Monitor global fertiliser market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities

Assist in preparing marketing presentations, proposals, and reports

Coordinate logistics operations for urea shipments including export and domestic deliveries

Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and port authorities

Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery

Manage shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, export permits, customs documentation, and commercial invoices





Track product inventory levels and coordinate dispatch schedules with operations teams

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade

Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing coordination, logistics, supply chain, or commercial operations

Experience in fertiliser, chemical, mining, energy, or commodities industries preferred

Experience handling export logistics and shipping documentation is highly desirable

Solid knowledge of export logistics and supply chain processes

Understanding of international trade and shipping documentation

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial project environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems
