About Us

iPhix Repair Centre is an established mobile phone repair and accessories retailer located in Macquarie Centre.

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Retail Sales Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a robust retail background, excellent customer service skills and the confidence to work independently. We value people who take responsibility for their work, pay attention to detail and are proactive in helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships
- Proactively recommend and sell mobile phone accessories and related products
- Handle customer enquiries, repair bookings and collections professionally
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Process sales, payments and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain stock presentation, store organisation and daily operations
- Resolve routine customer enquiries and issues independently
- Take ownership of daily tasks and ensure smooth store operations

About You

Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Confident in approaching customers and recommending products
- Reliable, responsible and attentive to detail
- Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities




- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Fluent spoken English for customer communication
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to store procedures

Highly Regarded:

- Experience in mobile phone retail, telecommunications or electronics sales
- Knowledge of mobile phone accessories and devices
- Previous experience handling repair enquiries or working in a phone repair store
- Experience working independently in a retail environment

Technical repair skills are strong advantage but not essential. Training will be provided on our repair services, products and internal procedures.
