We're a growing electrical service business doing residential and commercial work, and we're building a team of people who want to grow with us. This is a hands‑on service role with variety and responsibility. You'll run your own jobs, deal with customers directly and solve problems with the owners backing you.

What You'll Be Doing n
n
- Running your own residential service jobs: fault finding, lighting, smoke alarms and power
n
- Switchboard upgrades
n
- EV charger installations
n
- Commercial maintenance work
n
- Owning each job from arrival to handover, including communication with the customer
n
What We're Looking For nn
- Hungry to learn, take on more and progress
n
- Someone who wants autonomy and is happy to be accountable for their work
n
- Keen for overtime when it's available
n
What We Offer nn
- $45-$58 per hour depending on experience, with a explicit advancement pathway
n
- Autonomy to run your own jobs
n
- Weekly and Monthly check-ins
n
- Take‑home company van (fitted with caddy shelving, drawers and racks) and phone
n
- Work closely with the owners, with regular toolbox meetings and business development
