Vic’s Meat Bondi Junction is looking for an experienced Casual Butcher to join our team for an immediate start, with the opportunity for ongoing work throughout the busy Christmas and Recent Year period .

This is a great opportunity to work within a premium retail butchery alongside an experienced team, handling some of Australia’s best meat and produce.

The Role n

You’ll work closely with our Store Manager and butchery team, assisting with:

n

n
- Cutting, trimming and preparing premium meat
n
- Counter preparation and maintaining high-quality displays
n
- Customer service and providing product and cooking advice
n
- Portioning, weighing, wrapping and labelling
n
- Stock preparation and replenishment
n
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and presentation standards
n
- Supporting the team during busy trading periods
n

About You n





We’re looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy retail butchery environment and contribute from day one.

You’ll ideally have:

n

n
- Previous butchery experience
n
- Strong knife skills and product knowledge
n
- Experience in retail or customer-facing butchery
n
- High standards of presentation and cleanliness
n
- A reliable and positive approach
n
- Flexibility across weekdays and weekends
n
