Early morning shifts from 4:30am & Closing shifts until 5:30pm

Early Bird Baristas Drive Thru, Bannockburn are currently on the search for a bright and bubbly hands‑on Cafe Supervisor to join the team!

Our Café Staff members hold a vital role in the daily functioning of our small family business, focusing on tending to customer requirements, preparing food and beverages, upholding impeccable cleanliness standards and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all customers.

n

We prioritise our customers' first impressions, so we seek a Supervisor who is not only friendly, well‑groomed and efficient but also possess strong English language skills and exceptional customer service. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast paced environment and takes pride in supporting a team to deliver consistently great coffee, food and customer service.

Requirements: n

- Manager and Barista experience in a fast-paced environment is “essential ”.
n
- Ability to supervise and provide direction for day‑to‑day operations of the café.
n
- Available Tuesday - Saturday is a must!
n




- Are passionate and have a love for coffee making and food preparation.
n
- Is reliable, punctual and committed to their agreed ongoing availability.
n
- Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving abilities and strong organisational skills.
n
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team - this is very much a lead from the front position.

Additional Responsibilities: nn
- Craft high-quality coffee and prepare other beverages, including milkshakes and smoothies.
n
- Lead and support the team during shifts, creating a positive, qualified and productive work environment.
n
- Oversee day‑to‑day cafe operations and ensure responsibilities are completed throughout the shift.
n
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and confidently resolve customer concerns when required.
n
- Lead by example with strong work ethic, communication, reliability and professionalism.
n
- Monitor coffee, food and service quality to ensure consistency with Early Bird standards.
n
- Support the training of new team members.
n
- Ensure opening and closing procedures, cleaning duties and daily operational checklists are completed correctly.
n
- Assist with shift coverage and communicate promptly when staffing issues arise.
n
- Work closely with Leadership team to maintain consistency and continually improve cafe operations.
