Synergie Australia is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join a busy warehouse team in Wacol. This is an ongoing prospect offering consistent full-time hours, competitive pay and potential permanent conversion . You’ll be responsible for safely operating an LF forklift, loading and unloading, moving stock, picking and packing, replenishment and general warehouse duties. Candidates must hold a current Australian LF Forklift Licence , have previous forklift and warehouse experience, full Australian working rights and reliable transport. A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail is essential. Monday–Friday shifts, 6:00am–2:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm, with overtime available.

About the Role n

Working within a busy warehouse environment, your responsibilities will include:

n

- Safely operating a forklift to move and position stock
n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Picking, packing, scanning and labelling stock
n
- Stock replenishment and putaway
n
- General warehouse and manual handling duties
n
- Maintaining accurate stock levels
n
- Following warehouse procedures and safety requirements
n
- Maintaining a clean, secure and organised workplace
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- A current Australian LF Forklift Licence
n
- Minimum 2 years' forklift operating experience preferred
n
- 2+ years' previous warehouse experience
n
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations
n
- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
n
- Ability to work effectively within a team
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Reliable transport to and from Wacol
n
- Ability to successfully complete Drug and Alcohol screening
n
